Welcome to the Ryther League

The Ryther League Since 1937, the Ryther League has supported Ryther through fundraising, volunteer work and financial donations. The League is comprised of individual units and members-at-large throughout the Puget Sound area. From events, creating quilts, orchestrating plant sales and providing birthday cakes, haircuts and items for the Holiday Store, each unit chooses its own way to give.

There is always something going on:

  • Save the date for the Off Campus Unit’s Hearts for Hope Auction and Dinner Dance on February 11, 2012 from 6pm - 10pm at the Columbia Winery in Woodinville. Music by Shelley and the Curves. Tickets are $125 per person.

Join the Ryther League

Join an existing unit or start your own with friends, family or co-workers. Units have as few as 6 members and some as many as 40. You may also want to join as a member at large. The League is a separate 501(c)(3) organization and is run by a volunteer Executive Board. Members form friendships that span decades, as well as new relationships grounded in the desire to help improve the lives of vulnerable children and their families. The R-Shoppe

The Ryther League operates the all volunteer run R-Shoppe, a quality thrift store in old Ballard at 5435 Ballard Avenue. All proceeds benefit Ryther's programs.

Ryther League R Shop

To donate to the R-Shoppe please drop off quality gently used items, including clothing (adults, children) and small kitchenware as well as linens at the Ryther Campus, located at 2400 NE 95th St. from 8am – 5pm during office hours, Monday through Friday.
