Residential Counselor
Ryther Child Center is seeking people dedicated to the welfare of children to join our team as Residential Counselors. Our Residential Treatment program serves high needs children unable to live at home, many of whom are victims of physical and sexual abuse. These kids are now showing signs of sexual aggression and display severe emotional and behavioral problems. At Ryther Child Center, they are given a safe home and the skills to learn to identify feelings, understand personal boundaries and develop respectful trusting relationships.

CD Residential Counselor/CDPT
Ryther Child Center is seeking people dedicated to the welfare of children to join our team as CD Residential Counselors/CDPTs. Our Inpatient Chemical Dependency Treatment Program is a residential program for addicted youth of ages 13 – 17 who are learning to live without drugs and alcohol. This family-centered program aims at enabling clients to avoid relapse, build self-confidence and successfully re-enter school and family life. Our CD Residential Counselors provide much needed support and structure to the program by working directly with the clients towards their goal of sobriety. This position is a great way for those seeking certification as a Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP) to get their internships hours.

Residential Case Manager
As a Case Manager you will be responsible for clinical services provided to residents assigned
to case load. Working within a child, family, community team, provide case management services
that advocate for the best interests of the child in regard to treatment, community involvement,
and placement planning. Provide individual, group, and family therapies which address the needs
of the resident within the context of individual, home, and community.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Master’s Degree in behavioral science and two years clinical experience with
children, families, and milieu therapy.
- Ability to maintain awareness of culturally relevant issues while interacting with clients,
families, co-workers, and community members.
- Ability to work within a strengths-based model.
- Knowledge and understanding of family-centered practice principles.
- Knowledge and understanding of child development, child psychology, and basic understanding
of psycho-pharmacology.

Development Associate – Database & In-Kind Gifts Specialist
Position Summary:
This full time position is responsible for managing:
- In-kind and Holiday Gifts Programs.
- Entering gifts into Donor Perfect database.
- Posting daily batch reports.
- Processing matching gift forms.
- Providing database reports.
- Coordinating with Accounting and assisting the Development Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years experience with data entry.
- Computer proficiency (experience with donor management software desired).
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
