Staff Leadership
Lee Grogg, Executive Director/CEO
Mr. Grogg was appointed as CEO of Ryther Child Center effective
January 1, 2001. A native of Indiana, Mr. Grogg has over thirty
years of experience in social work and behavioral healthcare. For
twenty-six years he was the first and only CEO of Porter-Starke
Services Inc., a community mental health center near Chicago that
he built and developed. Mr. Grogg completed his undergraduate education
at Wabash College and holds graduate degrees (MSW, MBA) from Indiana
University and Notre Dame. He is a Diplomate in the American College
of Healthcare Executives and a Certified Behavioral Health Executive.
Roger Iino, Chief Operating Officer
Roger Iino, MA, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 35
years experience in the Behavioral Healthcare field. He has been
an accreditation Peer Reviewer for the Council on Accreditation
of Services for Families and Children for the last seven years.
Mr. Iino has been at Ryther for 12 years and is responsible for
accreditation, contract and licensing compliance, program evaluation,
accessibility, risk management, personnel and continuous quality
improvement, as well as administrative oversight for services.
Linda Ford, Medical Director
Dr. Ford holds an MD from the University of Washington, and a
BSN from University of Illinois. She worked for 20 years as a
nurse before going back to medical school. She planned to study
cardiology, but instead fell in love with child psychiatry.
Karen Brady, Chief of Clinical Services
Karen Brady has served as Residential Director of Ryther’s
residential treatment programs since 1997, and managed several
residential treatment cottages at Ryther for three years before
that. She holds an MSW from the University of Washington, and
a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Gonzaga University.
Erin Lynch, Director of Chemical Dependency Services
Erin has a Master’s in Psychology from Seattle University, is a Licensed
Mental Health Counselor and Chemical Dependency Professional in Washington
State, and holds NAADAC Certification of Master Addiction Counselor and
National Board for Certified Counselors.
