Delphi Young Adults focuses on supporting young adults (ages 18-24) from the Neurodiverse community in obtaining and sustaining careers. Through vocational and educational exploration, our program offers the opportunity to examine a variety of paths to sustainable employment. We host year-round programming with fun and engaging summer programs.

PROGRAMS

Summer Groups

  • Delphi Young Adults Summer Programs is where young adults can connect socially and build skills for life

  • Fun outings, dinner parties, gaming, building healthy relationship skills, and more

  • All participants in our program must attend an enrollment meeting to establish fit and goals.​ Our enrollment meetings are free and can be scheduled by emailing us

  • We are approved for Ben’s Fund Young Adult Fund and DDA Community Respite hours

Social Groups

  • Provides opportunities for neurodiverse young adults to meet and connect over common interests

  • Groups run Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters

  • All participants in our program must attend an enrollment meeting to establish fit and goals. Our enrollment meetings are free and can be scheduled by emailing us

Workspace Program

  • Group members plan and participate in a group project and hone work setting communication skills. Workspace is also chance for young adults from the neurodiverse community to connect and share conversation and interests with peers and facilitators. We use creative activities to engage each group member and build a fun and vibrant cohort of young adults

  • All participants in our Workspace program must attend an enrollment meeting to establish fit and goals. Our enrollment meetings are free and can be scheduled by emailing us

  • We are approved for Ben’s Fund Young Adult Fund and DDA Community Respite hours

Independent Living

  • The Delphi development team has been consulting for Thrive Seattle to develop young adult programs across a range of areas, including independent living

  • Thrive is independently owned and operated
