Appointed to Ryther's Board of Trustees in April 2025

Rebekah Jones is an HR Professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She is an engaging and people-focused manager of a team of ten Sr. HR Consultants, Advisors, and Facilitators at Archbright. She has a passion for Training and Development and has taught Human Resources program courses at Bellevue College and the University of Washington Tacoma.

25 years ago, Rebekah started the Social Work program at college and realized quickly that it wasn’t the right type of work for her. While she wanted to support people through social work – she knew she needed to find a different way. Working with people, helping them to thrive, and helping others to be lifetime learners has been her way of supporting others. She has continued to take an interest in mental health through Mental Health focused certificates from SHRM and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Rebekah takes great care to ensure that her staff are supported and well – so that they can help their members.

Rebekah and her husband Matt have a large, blended family of 7 children, 1 grandson, 2 dogs, and 2 cats! She also loves to garden and read. Taking care of herself and her family's mental health has always been her top priority.
