Ryther's Sage Mood & Resiliency Intensive Services offers two programs for youth: Mood Disorder Intensive Outpatient (MD IOP) and Mood Disorder Partial Hospitalization (MD PHP). Both programs emphasize the whole person and are grounded in evidence-based treatment modalities such as DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Youth who have experienced mood disorders such as depression will gain new coping skills to address trauma and strengthen resilience. For guidance on selecting the right program, please review the information below or sign up for services for an assessment.

Choosing between IOP and PHP depends on the level of support your child needs. Both programs offer compassionate care tailored to each youth’s strengths and challenges, promoting growth and resilience.
