Appointed to Ryther's Board of Trustees in August 2025

Dr. Christiana DelloRusso is a startup company advisor, founder mentor, investor and Board Director.  She has 20+ years of experience in product, business, leadership and funding strategy of early-to-mid-stage for-profit and non-profit ventures in healthcare and life sciences. She is currently a Partner with LRVHealth, a healthcare venture capital firm based in Boston, where she co-leads the behavioral and mental health research vertical.

Prior to joining LRVHealth, Christiana was one of three initial partners to launch Providence Ventures, the strategic venture capital arm of the Providence health system. There she led the firm’s investments in Omada Health (NASDAQ: OMDA), behavioral health company Lyra Health, and N-of-One (acquired by Qiagen). Before Providence Ventures, Christiana held roles as VP of Commercialization at Life Science Washington and Managing Director of WINGS, a medical technology angel investor network. Previous experience also includes consulting with healthcare and life sciences startup companies.

Christiana earned her Ph.D. in Physiology from the University of Michigan and completed post-doctoral studies at the University of Washington and Children’s Hospital Boston/Harvard Medical School.  In the Seattle community she serves on the Board of Directors of the Seattle Public Library Foundation and is a girls lacrosse coach at Bishop Blanchet High School.  She lives in Seattle with her husband, two teenage daughters and beloved dog Molly.
