( Ages 14-17)
The Juniper Program: Mood and Anxiety Intensive Services provides intensive mental health support for teens experiencing mood and anxiety symptoms that interfere with everyday life. Teens build coping and emotional regulation skills while gaining confidence in navigating school, relationships, and daily responsibilities. Treatment is tailored to each teen and uses evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Juniper offers two levels of care depending on how much support your teen needs. Program benefits include structured support, personalized treatment plans, family engagement and support, social skills, coping strategies, and sensory regulation skills. Here's how they compare:

Who We Serve
Juniper serves teens ages 14–17 experiencing mood and anxiety symptoms that affect everyday life. These challenges may make it harder to attend school, maintain relationships, manage responsibilities, or feel confident in daily life. At Ryther, we provide developmentally responsive, inclusive, and evidence-based care that considers each teen’s strengths, experiences, and needs.
