The RISE program provides comprehensive therapy and support for teens and young adults experiencing complex and serious mental health challenges. We help them identify personal goals and recovery needs to regain functioning at work, school, home, and other areas of life. We often work with clients for up to two years, offering consistent support to empower sustained mental health recovery and personal growth.
Who We Serve (Ages 15-25)
RISE supports young people with one or more of the following diagnoses:

Program Features
Services include: individual therapy, family support, case management, community-based peer support and psychiatry. Our team works collaboratively with the client, their family and other members of their support network.

Individual Therapist: helps clients learn new skills, process experiences and gain confidence.

Case Manager: provides personalized support and resources for real-life goals like school, jobs, housing, and life skills.

Peer Mentor: offers listening and mentorship so clients feel more connected and supported in their therapeutic journey.

Psychiatry (optional): offers medication management with a collaborative and responsive approach.

Family Support (optional): provides guidance and perspective to family members.
Location
Most services are provided on our Seattle campus. Peer mentoring takes place in community settings.
