2016 Luncheon

You’re Invited to the Ryther 2016 Healing Hearts-Healing Homes Luncheon

Join us November 17, 2016 at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel 11:30am-1:00pm. All proceeds from this event will support the Cottage Program, serving children ages 6-14 who have been abused, neglected and have experienced an average of nine placements before Ryther. Your support will help us significantly reduce the funding gap between government fees and the actual cost of care to treat children in our Cottage Program. This flagship event raises nearly 20% of our philanthropic revenue and is critical to Cottage Program operations and contributing to the positive outcomes we measure and observe for the nearly 100 children annually who receive 24/7 therapeutic treatment in our three cottages each year.

Please welcome Keynote Speaker Laura Porter & Mistress of Ceremonies Jean Enersen

Laura Porter is Senior Director of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Learning Institute at the Foundation for Healthy Generations, a Seattle-based non-profit. She oversees analysis of ACE and resilience data from Washington youth and adults, and works with local and state leaders to embed developmental neuroscience and resilience findings into policy, practice and community norms. Laura is also mother to three children and grandmother to three precious grandchildren. At this event she will explore the link between ACEs and homelessness.

To attend or to host a table or sponsor, please email Austin Kellogg - or call 206.517.0204.

We thank our generous event sponsors as of August 1, 2016:
